Does it cost anything?
No. ForwardFi is free. There is no card, no trial period and no ads. I built it because I wanted it for myself, and it costs very little to let other people use it too.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Start without creating an account. Your forecast is kept in a 30-day anonymous cloud session. Create an email and password account if you want to keep it longer, use it on another device, or share with someone. You can also export a spreadsheet or JSON file for a copy of your own.
Is my data private?
Yes. Until you create an email and password account, your data is stored in a 30-day anonymous cloud session and is not shared. After you save, it stays private unless you choose to share an account with someone.
Does it connect to my bank?
No. There are no bank logins and no bank feeds. You type in the numbers you want to forecast, so ForwardFi only knows what you tell it.
What do you do with my information?
Nothing beyond running ForwardFi. It is not sold, shared for advertising, or used to target you. Spreadsheet and JSON downloads are made on your own device.
How far ahead can it forecast?
Up to five years, day by day. You can also choose 3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months when that is easier to read.
Can I forecast more than one account?
Yes. Each account has its own forecast, and the dashboard adds them together so you can see the lot.
